Our site holds more than a hundred available properties. This short guide shows how to reach what you want quickly — without scrolling through the whole list.
1. Start with the filters
On the properties page you can filter by buy or rent, property type, neighbourhood, price and bedrooms. Every filter stays in the page address, so you can send the result to somebody else.
2. Choose the neighbourhood, not only the price
The neighbourhoods page shows the areas we hold properties in, and what is on the market in each one right now. It answers the real question faster: «with my budget, where can I buy?»
3. If you are buying on instalments
On the instalments page, enter what you can pay each month. It shows the units that fit, grouped by project.
4. Watch the video, not only the photos
Most of our properties have a walk-through video. It is the fastest way to know whether a property is worth the trip before you make it.
5. Compare and save
Pick two or three and put them side by side in compare. What you like stays in saved.
6. If you did not find it
Not everything we have is on the site, and new properties arrive daily. On this page, tell us what you are looking for and leave your WhatsApp number; when something matching comes in, our team tells you.
